We are pleased to announce our current 2008 schedule. Additional public dates may be announced. All tours are all-inclusive, with roundtrip transportation, premium wine tasting and with our exclusive education program.
For 2008, we have significantly upgraded our lunch program to include a multi-course lunch at the Jedediah Hawkins Inn. Here you will be immersed in the rich tradition of the past while at the same time enjoy the indulgences of the 21st century in a restored, historic landmark mansion. Award-winning chef Tom Schaudel is offering the finest local seasonal cuisine and exceptional service in a remarkable setting. Tom and chef de cuisine Michael Ross are using traditional techniques, with the freshest ingredients of local origin, and cooking seasonally. They term this “vineyard driven cuisine”. The two chefs are excited to provide their guests with this refined and regionally inspired experience. Select 2008 VIP Tours will include a gourmet multi-course restaurant lunch. A salad consisting of organic local greens, a selection of four delicious entrees, soft drinks and desert will be included. Optional local wines by the glass may be purchased (starting at $8). New! Wine Blending Course- (select tours only) $35 surcharge. We will work with an award-winning winemaker to learn about the art of Wine blending.
